Using visual exhibits helps the jury get it. Using our interactive high-definition picture-in-picture video deposition service makes sure the jury can focus on the deponent and the exhibits. This means when a document, illustration, x-ray, photo, video clip, or other exhibit is shared with a witness during a deposition, the jury will be able to see what you want them to see. As the witness reviews key evidence, the jury can see it on the screen with the witness video. We bring the equipment so you or our team can share documents with all in the room. During trial we all know the jury often does not look back at documents during deliberations. This makes sure they see the exhibits that are so important to the case.
Remote Services
We can set up your ZOOM deposition and conduct the video recording remotely. We provide the link for your notice and deliver the witness and picture in picture certified recordings back to you. As notaries in the state of Minnesota we can make sure you are ready for trial.
